sin()

Calculates the sine of an angle.

double sin(double x)

Compute the sine of an angle, in radians.

Parameters:

• x -

  The radian measure of the angle.

Return:

The sine of x. This value will be between -1 and 1.

Arduino Compatibility

The Maple version of sin() is compatible with Arduino.

Note that the Maple implementation comes from newlib, while Arduino’s is that of avr-libc.
